Red Bull

Red Bull Music & London based cultural agency Warm Street came to me to deliver the creative for Red Bull Music Odyssey, a large scale music event on The Thames, London. 

The event took place over 6 boats, so they needed 6 different creatives that all fit into one overarching theme.

I wanted to create something forward thinking to match the nature of the event. I also wanted it to be compelling and unique, and work as a set or as individual pieces.

Using 3D modelling software and photoshop I created a series of 3D images and animations, inspired by old rave poster iconography. I then used liquid metallic textures and animated waves to echo the fact that the event took place on water.

I delivered the designs over a wide range of platforms, everything from the full suite of social media assets, large OOH and DOOH pieces displayed across London and full-platform takeovers on media applications such as Spotify and Shazam. 
 

 
 

 

Red Bull then asked for a complimentary, but suitably different creative for the events after party. For this I broke free from the liquid textures and used colours that invoke a nocturnal feel.
