The record label Hypercolour was looking to launch a new event series in Berlin and they came to me for help creating a new visual identity.
They just wanted something simple, that would look good and get attention. I started in monochrome to ensure we stayed true to the core idea of simplicity. We then used neon Pantones and neon risograph inks when printing to bring the designs to life.
I wanted to create something playful and tongue-in-cheek, to demonstrate the labels sense of humour and laid back attitude.
